2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist in West Palm Beach, FL. This field-based role involves visiting local retailers, educating merchants on the client’s financial services, and driving program benefits while representing the brand in the field.

You will support merchant education, maintain in-store signage, and document visits using mobile tools. Expect daily field activity with leadership collaboration to meet territory goals and drive growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
