2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build relationships with retailers across your territory in New York.

You will educate merchants on financial services and program benefits, visit 22–35 stores daily, and ensure in-store branding and POS materials are current. The role offers a field-based schedule with daily travel, a competitive hourly wage of $25 plus a 10% monthly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and a company

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Educate merchants on client products and program benefits.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Travel to major markets and events for launches to promote products.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
