Overview

The Retail Employee / Project Specialist is responsible for performing a range of duties that ensures our customers have an amazing experience whether shopping in our store or picking up an order.

Key Details

• This seasonal role ends on October 1st.
• Early morning shifts starting between 5am and 6am are required. A $2 per hour differential is paid for shifts beginning between 5:00am and 7:00am that involve unloading trucks and merchandising prior to store opening.
• Additional shifts may be available in order processing, registers, and sales, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Unloading trucks, lifting boxes, walking methods for merchandizing products, climbing ladders, and working at a safe but fast pace.
• Welcoming and greeting all customers as a host at the front entrance or throughout the store.
• Connecting with customers throughout the store suggesting solutions to their organizational challenges.
• Designing and selling custom closets and other storage and organization solutions.
• Serving as a register person with a strong focus on providing a great customer experience during checkout.
• Introducing and enrolling customers in the rewards program.
• Maintaining the sales floor, keeping shelves full and presented according to brand standards.
• Supporting carryout to customers' cars through curbside or in the parking lot/garages.
• Assisting with cleaning routines around the store, including dusting, restrooms, and vacuuming.
• Processing customers’ orders for curbside pick‑up and/or delivery.
• Organizing the stockroom to support selling efforts.
• Adhering to time expectations and performing tasks accurately and timely.
• Actively engaging with customers to solve organizational challenges.
