Day to day as a eCommerce Operations Analyst

As a Full Time eCommerce Operations Analyst at Lunds & Byerlys, you will play a crucial role in leveraging customer-specific and market data to drive business-building recommendations for our category and retail teams. This position demands a proactive approach, partnering with the eCommerce Operations Manager to establish and monitor online shopper KPIs while providing essential training to team members. You will optimize shopping processes for increased efficiency and ensure all stores are equipped for success.

Engaging with third-party partners, you will uphold the Lunds & Byerlys brand and drive partner sales by maintaining accurate product catalog information. Your analytical skills will be vital as you identify opportunities to enhance top-line sales and bottom-line profitability. In collaboration with the marketing team, you will develop strategies to boost eCommerce sales, while also providing on-call support for retail processes to ensure operational excellence throughout the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Three or more years' experience in an eCommerce analytics or operational role
    2. Demonstrated ability in analyzing data, formulating recommendations, developing presentations and presenting action plans to customers to achieve desired business results
