Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a part-time Retail Early Morning Stocking role in Alexandria. You’ll deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure a fast checkout. You’ll unload trucks, stock merchandise, and support store recovery to keep shelves in order.

You may participate in Buy Online Pick Up in Store and Ship From Store processes. The role requires readiness for nights, weekends, and early mornings, with a minimum age of sixteen. Training and SOP compliance are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Assist with BOPIS/SFS processes and stock recovery to support in-stock conditions.
• Participate in planogram (POG) and in-store rotation activities.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs; follow company policies.
