Store Location

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and help them find products.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, including cash handling.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Support Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store recovery standards.
• Complete merchandise recovery, return processes, and store recovery tasks.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a respectful and positive attitude, serving as a role model for team members.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Regular bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching; ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves.
• Work may include outdoor tasks, nights, weekends, and early mornings.
