Role Description The Retail District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ, responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations to ensure operational excellence and mission alignment. This position manages store performance by setting sales goals, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies to drive revenue while maintaining high standards of customer service and donor experience. The Retail District Manager leads and mentors store management teams, supports staffing and training needs, and fosters a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and collaboration. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular store visits, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and safety procedures, managing merchandising and inventory practices, and coordinating with senior leadership on budget, reporting, and community impact initiatives. The role also involves problem-solving operational challenges, supporting change management, and representing Goodwill’s values in all internal and external interactions.
