This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to shape the future of retail cannabis.

What You’ll Do

As District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple stores in the state — building strong teams, opening new locations, and delivering consistent, best-in-class customer experiences. You’ll:

  • Lead and oversee multiple stores across Connecticut
  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and retail staff to create engaged, high-performing teams
  • Ensure an exceptional, consistent customer experience across all locations

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, including labor union collaboration and compliance
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies, KPIs, and operational best practices to maximize results
  • Drive compliance with state cannabis regulations, internal policies, and safety standards
  • Leverage retail technology platforms (experience with Dutchie and Biotrack a strong plus) to streamline operations and track performance
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be based in Connecticut with flexibility to travel across the state
  • 3+ years of multi-unit retail management experience (District/Area Manager or equivalent), managing 5+ stores
  • Prior cannabis retail experience is required
  • Proven success leading and scaling teams in a highly regulated, customer-facing industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and developing retail teams
  • Experience working with labor unions preferred
  • Operationally savvy, data-driven, and comfortable with retail platforms (Dutchie/Biotrack experience a plus)
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Join a company at the forefront of cannabis retail expansion in Connecticut
  • Lead impactful projects like new store launches and customer experience initiatives
  • Shape the retail culture and growth strategy across a growing portfolio
  • Be part of a passionate, mission-driven team in one of the most exciting industries today
