Job summary

Aquent partners with a leading beauty and personal care company to drive end-to-end development and execution of in-store displays and promotional assets. You will coordinate with Creative, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of premium fixtures for permanent and promotional displays.

The role demands strong vendor management, technical aptitude in display fabrication, and superb cross-functional communication to safeguard brand integrity and elevate customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• 3–5+ years of dedicated display project management experience.
• Strong procurement background with bidding, PO issuance, invoices reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own 12-month store merchandising calendar and cross-brand coordination.
• Maintain master project lists and ensure timelines for development and shipping.
• Oversee display production from concept through manufacturing and store delivery.
• Review engineered drawings, die lines, vacuum forms, injection-molded components, fabrication details, and wall-system specs.
