Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Full-Time Retail Electronics Merchandiser to support Glen Allen, VA and surrounding areas. The role involves visiting major retailers, installing and maintaining product displays, and reporting outcomes. Expect 30–40 hours weekly, with some travel within a radius and occasional weekend work.

Compensation is hourly with opportunities for higher rates on additional technical projects. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous merchandising/retail experience, 3PL experience desirable.
• Ability to read planograms and follow instructions precisely.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver's license.
• Flexible, able to work independently and with a small team.
• Tech-ready with internet access and a smart device.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within an assigned radius to implement and maintain displays.
• Turn shelves into sales magnets through proper placement and maintenance.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos for each visit.
• Be flexible for 30–40 hours per week; occasional weekends may be required.
