2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including:

  • Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
  • Performing build-outs, resets, and display repairs
  • Following plan-o-grams and client-specific directives

Overview

As a Retail Display Installer – Technology, you will work independently, meet deadlines, and utilize mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing store relationships and ensuring quality execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate promptly with field services management
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures
  • Complete necessary forms and surveys before leaving the job site
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests
  • Conduct break-fix repairs
  • Participate in early morning and team installations
  • Manage virtual software and ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Assist team members as needed
  • Adhere to timelines and submit accurate timecards
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Complete training and certification programs
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems
  • Be available for weekend assignments as needed
Scheduling / Planning
  • Hours and locations may vary weekly, including occasional weekends and holidays
  • Accept and schedule jobs within 48 hours of receipt
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the US
  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform physical tasks
  • Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email
  • Own a smartphone with internet access
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives
  • Own a reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
  • Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home
