Retail Display Installer – Technology
Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average | Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement
Schedule: Work Monday–Friday | Weekends are not required!

2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Responsibilities include:
- Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
- Performing build-outs, resets, and display repairs
- Following plan-o-grams and client-specific directives
You will work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for managing store relationships and ensuring quality execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to communication from field management
- Keep availability updated and accurate
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures
- Complete forms and surveys before leaving the job site
- Maintain displays according to planograms and client requests
- Conduct repairs to ensure displays are functional
- Participate in early morning and team installations, providing feedback
- Manage virtual software and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Assist team members as needed and adhere to timelines
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Complete required training and certifications
- Accurately track and report activity via designated systems
- Be available for weekend work as needed
Scheduling & Planning
- Hours and locations may vary weekly, including occasional weekends and early mornings
- Accept and schedule jobs within 48 hours of receipt
Project Execution
- Follow directives and ensure complete execution
- Collaborate with the team to improve operations
Relationship Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and retailers
Leadership & Cross-functional Work
- Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication
- Make sound decisions and work autonomously
Customer & Client Satisfaction
- Meet and improve upon KPIs for customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday, with weekend and holiday availability
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform physical tasks
- Own a smartphone and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel up to 90 miles
