Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking reliable Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to support major brands in Baltimore, MD. You will install fixtures, resets, and displays, following planograms and client directives, while traveling up to 90 miles from home to complete assignments.

The role offers a flexible schedule, Monday–Friday hours, and paid training with opportunities for ongoing assignments based on demand. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older due to insurance requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail/merchandising experience beneficial.
• Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays.
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms (POGs) and client directives with accuracy.
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other display equipment.
• Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while representing the client.
