Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for Orem, UT and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to set up and maintain product displays for brands like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.

The role offers 10–15 hours per week with Monday–Friday daytime shifts (8:00am–5:00pm). Pay is $18.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay on technical projects and travel coverage opportunities. W2 employment with bi-weekly pay and 401(k) options are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Tech-ready: Internet access, a Wi‑Fi-enabled device, and GPS capability.
• Able to stand, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs and work both independently and with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores within assigned territory to set up and maintain product displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling: Up to10-15hoursper week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail:Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus
• Travel Ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
