Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Display Installer in Odessa, TX to manage in-store merchandising projects for major retailers. You will visit stores within an assigned territory, ensure correct display placement, perform maintenance, and troubleshoot display issues.

The role requires the ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00am–6:00pm, up to 20 hours weekly, with potential for more hours in larger regions or with travel.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork when needed.
• Internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled device, and basic hand-held tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Purpose: ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Clients: represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling: up to 20 hours per week, availability Monday-Friday 8:00am–6:00pm; no weekends/evenings.
• Additional opportunities: potential for more hours in larger regions or travel.
• Reporting: submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance**
