Job summary

ActionLink in Lawrence, KS is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain electronics displays at major retailers within the assigned territory. You will work with HD TVs, home appliances, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and more, reporting findings via quick digital surveys after each visit.

The role offers up to 30 hours per week, a W2 arrangement with weekly pay, and perks such as 401(k) matching, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or related retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and travel within territory.
• Tech-ready with internet access and a Wi‑Fi-enabled device.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to set up and maintain product displays.
• Report via digital surveys with photos for each visit.
• Represent clients at major retailers.
• Complete up to 30 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8:00am–6:00pm.
• Travel within Lawrence, KS and surrounding areas.

• **Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory

• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**

• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**

• Scheduling: ** Up to 30 hours per week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings

• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.**

• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**

• Travel Ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.**
