ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service Lancaster, PA 17601 and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to set up and maintain promotional displays, ensuring accurate placement and visual standards, and report back with photos and notes each day.

The role emphasizes independent work within a small team, with flexible hours from Monday to Thursday and a 10-hour weekly target. Experience in merchandising or retail is preferred, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and collaboration with a small team when needed.
• Internet access, Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand-held tools.
• Must have a valid driver9s license and access to a personal vehicle for responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Store Visits:Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:10hrs/ week averageper week, availability required Monday-Thursday; 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
