Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer to cover Kokomo, IN and surrounding areas.

You will visit stores to install, maintain, and troubleshoot promotional displays, ensuring accurate placement and reporting daily updates with photos.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: work independently and with a small team as needed.
• Tech-ready: internet access, GPS-enabled device, and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within an assigned territory to install and maintain displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each visit.
• Travel to multiple stores; report progress and issues.

• Store Visits:Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:up to 25hoursper week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Travel Ability:Must have driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Physical Ability:Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
