Job summary

ActionLink, Llc in Houston, TX is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to enhance in-store displays and ensure proper product placement across the assigned territory. The role covers a variety of electronics and appliances, with a schedule of up to 28 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, no weekends or evenings.

You will report via digital surveys after each visit, receive weekly pay with direct deposit, and enjoy benefits like a 401(k) plan with company match and travel

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Versatility to handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork: comfortable working independently and with a small team.
• Tech-ready: internet access, handheld tools, and smartphone with latest OS; laptop/desktop is a plus.
• Travel ability: must have a driver's license and own vehicle for store visits.
• Physical ability: able to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits to set up and maintain products at major retail stores.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each visit.
• Represent clients like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel.

• Store Visits:Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:Up to28hoursper week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Physical Ability:Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
