Job summary

ActionLink, Llc is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Richmond, TX, to visit stores, set up and maintain promotional displays, and ensure accurate product placement. The role offers up to 28 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm, with no weekend/evening shifts.

You’ll report your results via digital surveys, receive weekly pay, and may access a 401(k) plan and travel reimbursements. Prior merchandising experience is highly desirable, and a reliable vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory.
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update.
• Travel Ability: Must have driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to set up and maintain promotional product displays and ensure proper placement.
• Represent clients’ brands by merchandising a wide range of products.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos after each visit.
• Travel within the Richmond, TX area and surrounding region as assigned.
• Assist with training and cover larger regions when needed.

• Store Visits:Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:Up to28hoursper week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit
