ActionLink seeks a Part-Time Retail Display Installer to service Estero, FL and surrounding areas. You will visit stores, assemble and maintain promotional displays, and report via digital surveys.

This role requires availability Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:00pm, up to 25 hours/week, with potential for more hours based on region coverage. Compensation starts at $18.00/hour with additional opportunities on specialized projects.

Qualifications

• Proven merchandising or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Visit and set up displays at major retailers within the territory.
• Maintain and troubleshoot promotional product displays as required.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos for each visit.
• Travel to stores using own vehicle; maintain punctual schedule.

Enhance the Retail Experience, One Display at a Time!

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:up to 25hoursper week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings.
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready: Internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools.
• Travel Ability: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of their role
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
