Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Display Installer for Erie, PA to set up and maintain electronics displays at major retailers within an assigned territory.

You will complete store visits, submit same-day surveys with photos, and may take on higher-rate technical projects. This role offers W2 employment with bi-weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, travel reimbursement, paid training, and PTO accrual. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready: Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update
• Travel Ability: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
• Physical Ability: Stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• **Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory

• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**

• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**

• Scheduling: up to 15 hours per week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings.**

• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.**

• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**
