Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Dedham, MA, to visit major retail stores within a set territory and ensure proper placement and maintenance of promotional displays. You will report feedback with photos from each visit and may cover Augusta/Portland, ME for larger regions.

The role requires a driver’s license, a tech-ready toolkit, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is paid and PTO accrues weekly.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Comfortable working independently and with a small team when needed.
• Must have a driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling: Up to 25 hours per week, Mon–Thu; 6:00am–6:00pm; no weekends/evenings.
• Additional opportunities for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.

• Store Visits:Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling: Up to 25 hours per week, availability required Monday-Thursday; 6:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling. Support in Augusta and/or Portland, ME.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
