Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Dedham, MA to visit major retailers and maintain engaging product displays. You will report progress with photos and ensure accurate placement per program standards.

The role offers up to 25 hours weekly (Mon–Thu, 6:00am–6:00pm), with paid training and opportunities for higher-rate technical projects. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or retail experience is desirable.
• Ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and teamwork when needed.

Responsibilities

• Store visits at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos.
• Travel to stores; up to 25 hours per week, Mon-Thu, 6:00am–6:00pm.

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory**
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**
• Scheduling: Up to 25 hours per week, availability required Monday-Thursday; 6:00am to 6:00pm. No weekends/evenings**
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling. Support in Augusta and/or Portland, ME.**
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**

• Tech-ready:Internet access, Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand-held tools**
• Travel Ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role**
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance**
