ActionLink in Dayton, OH is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to support store visits, display setup, and brand representation across our electronics clients. Hours are 15-25 per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with potential for more hours on larger regions.

You will work with leading brands and earn $18 per hour, with bi-weekly pay and direct deposit. W2 employment includes benefits such as PTO and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail settings is desirable.
• Attention to detail to follow display diagrams and instructions.
• Ability to work independently and also in a small team.
• Comfort with using a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled device for surveys and reports.

Responsibilities

• Store visits to set up and maintain product displays at major retailers.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Represent clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit.

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays**
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel**
• Scheduling: Up to 15-25 hours per week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends/evenings**
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.**
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit**

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable**
• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory**
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams**
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed**
• Tech-ready:Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus**
• Travel Ability: Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.**
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance**
