Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Oklahoma City to execute in-store projects and maintain client displays. Expect up to 20 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, with a starting pay of $17 per hour and opportunities for higher rates on technical projects.

You will visit major retailers, report findings with photos, and collaborate with a small team while representing global brands like Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Comfortable working independently and with a small team when needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to set up and maintain a wide variety of products and displays.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos for each store visit.
• Work up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients' brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products -you'd be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment; small and large home appliances; tablets & laptops; gaming consoles; home audio; and more!
• Purpose: Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients: Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling: Up to20 hours**a week. Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. No weekends.
• Additional Opportunities: Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting: Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Experience: Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility: Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail: Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready:Internet access, basic hand-held tools, and a Wi-Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus
• Travel Ability: Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of their role
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Requirements: Must have one full weekday availability Monday-Friday to complete team projects. Team projects are a requirement for the position. Flexible and a team player with a strong sense of urgency to complete projects. Detail-oriented with the ability to read planograms accurately. Experienced in 3PL (third-party logistics) environments.
