Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Merchandiser in Washington state to support major brands at retail stores. You will visit scheduled locations, set up and maintain product displays, and report results with photos and surveys. This part-time role offers weekly compensation and potential for more hours with travel.

The position requires previous merchandising or retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided; PTO accrues weekly.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Work independently and with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Complete store visits across assigned territory and set up products.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures.
• Travel up to 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri 8:00am–4:00pm, with potential for more hours.
• Represent global clients at major retail stores and drive program success.

• Store Visits: Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory to represent our clients’ brands by setting up and maintaining a wide variety of their products –you’d be working with anything from HD TVs and home theater equipment;small and large home appliances;tablets & laptops;gaming consoles;home audio;and more!
• Purpose:Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays
• Clients:Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel
• Scheduling:Up to20hoursper week, availability required Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 4:00pm. No weekends/evenings
• Additional Opportunities:Potential for more hours if covering larger regions or traveling.
• Reporting:Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit

• Experience:Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable
• Versatility:Handle all levels of merchandising work within assigned territory
• Attention to Detail:Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Independence and Teamwork:Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Tech-ready: Internet access, Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with latest OS update, laptop/desktop access, and basic hand‑held tools.
• Travel Ability:Must have driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle and will be required to use their vehicle to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Physical Ability:Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
