Job summary

Creative Dining Services at Northwestern College in Orange City, IA, is seeking a Retail worker in the Hub to assist with dining services operations. You will partner with the Retail Supervisor and Retail Manager to support all aspects of the dining program.

The role focuses on retail sales, service, and maintaining a safe, sanitary servery. A High School Diploma is preferred but not required; benefits include competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Retail Manager, maintains retail sales and service activities.
• Maintains an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping.
• Maintains established food presentation standards.
• Ensures the servery and retail production area is always safe and sanitary; CLEAN.Works! program is followed.
• Maintains good public relations with customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
• Ensures that all retail equipment works and is maintained properly, servery and office is organized.
