Job summary

Ace Retail Group, a division of Ace Hardware Corporation, is seeking Department Specialists to maintain proper in-stock levels and develop product knowledge to improve customer service.

You will assist with store cleanliness, merchandise presentation, cycle counting, receiving, stocking, and price changes, while supporting management and ensuring a positive customer experience across assigned departments.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Floor sales and/or replenishment experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with problems, provide product knowledge and direct to appropriate staff.
• Store Operations: Maintain inventory levels, ensure receiving and stocking accuracy, maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with price changes, merchandise resets, signage accuracy, and end caps in assigned departments.
