Job summary

Ace Retail Group, a division of Ace Hardware Corporation, is seeking a Department Specialist in Mountain View, CA. You will maintain stock levels, assist customers, and help keep the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, accurate receiving, stocking, signage, and supporting store operations. This role requires high school education or GED and floor sales experience to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Floor sales and replenishment experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively assist with their needs.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues for customers.
• Maintain proper in-stock levels and inventory accuracy in assigned department(s).
• Ensure receiving, stocking and back stock maintenance in department(s).
• Maintain clean and orderly sales floor, stock room and outdoor areas; manage pricing changes and merchandising.
