Job summary

Primark in the United States is seeking a Department Manager to own a department, maximize sales, inventory, and standards. You will manage stock, planograms, and daily merchandising to drive performance and a great customer experience.

You will hire, train, coach and motivate a team of Sales Associates and Team Leaders, lead by example, and collaborate with store leadership to meet targets and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Department Manager preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actions.
