Job summary

You will hire, train, coach and motivate a team of Sales Associates and Team Leaders to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading a team of sales staff and supervisors.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to use data to drive sales.

Responsibilities
