Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. in Horsham, PA, is seeking a Department Manager to oversee ordering, stocking, and product presentation in a busy retail space. The role includes back-up cashier duties and requires flexibility with store hours.

Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM, with Sundays closed. Starting wage for full-time teammates is $20.15–$21.15 per hour. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with plan-o-grams.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be mature and self motivated.
• Must be willing to work 2 evenings a week, and every other Saturday.
• Must have the ability to set, fill and maintain merchandise plan-o-grams.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand 8 hours, excluding breaks.
