Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations in-store, including ordering, stocking and presenting merchandise.

This role also backs up cashiers as needed and requires ability to work evenings and every other Saturday in a fast-paced retail environment. Starting wages for full-time are $20.15–$21.15 per hour, with part-time and seasonal openings at $15.75–$16.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be mature and self motivated
• Must be willing to work 2 evenings a week, and every other Saturday
• Must be able to set, fill and maintain merchandise plan-o-grams
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail experience is preferred
• Must be able to stand 8 hours, excluding breaks
