Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models outstanding customer service.

1. Create a positive internal and external customer experience
2. Promote a culture of honesty and integrity; maintain confidentiality
3. Participate in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles
4. Coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
5. Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for Associates
6. Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
7. Ensure Associates execute tasks according to store plans; prioritize as needed
8. Communicate effectively with management and Associates on priorities and progress
9. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
10. Partner with Management on training needs to increase effectiveness
11. Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
12. Promote credit and loyalty programs
13. Support store shrink reduction goals and programs
14. Promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
15. Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to train others
• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
