The TJX Companies, Inc. in Exton, PA is hiring at TJ Maxx to lead front-end operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will train and mentor Associates, coordinate break coverage, and promote loyalty programs while keeping the store clean and organized. Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience with 6 months of leadership, strong merchandising knowledge, and the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience.

• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.

• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. • Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs

• Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed

• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
