Job Description

Position: Front End Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Promote an excellent customer experience by leading and engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service and fostering a culture of honesty and integrity.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, including personalized customer service and loyalty programs.
• Manage register assignments, POS coverage, and breaks for team members.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure store tasks and activities align with store plans, prioritizing effectively.
• Communicate clearly with management and Associates regarding priorities and progress updates.
• Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address training needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs, and support shrink reduction initiatives.
• Maintain a safe environment by promoting safety awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
