Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Delivery Driver in Dearborn Heights, MI to support local deliveries in the metro Detroit area and assist on the sales floor with selling, stocking and customer service. You will haul plant products and maintain courteous service.

The ideal candidate can stand and walk up to 8 hours, lift 50 pounds, and pass a background check while meeting safety and licensing requirements. Flexible schedule and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Follows safety procedures for vehicle operation.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have an excellent driving record.
• Must be able to obtain chauffeurs license and medical card.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

We are looking for PASSIONATE, FRIENDLY Delivery Drivers wholove people and plants.

Our Delivery Drivers play a very important role in the success of our stores. Drivers are needed for local deliveries within the metro Detroit area as well as assist on the sales floor with selling, stocking and customer service tasks when not out on delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills by consistently delivering quality products and acting in a courteous and professional manner.

*In addition to deliveries, drivers will be expected to carry out other duties on the salesfloor and with the team, as assigned by store manager.
