Job summary

Circana is hiring part-time Retail Scan Associates to visit local stores weekly to scan barcodes on displays and aisles, recording product data for retailers and brand owners. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and reliable transportation.

Hours range from 4 to 10.5 per week per store with additional hours for special projects. Competitive pay, travel reimbursement, 401(k) with matching, and sick time are provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods and access products throughout the store.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands and arms.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be deadline-driven and have reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Must be tech savvy with a mobile app.
• Peaceful to common sense and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned local retailers every week for data collection across grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores.
• Scan barcodes with a mobile app and provide product quantities for about 45% of items scanned.
• Complete store-wide display scanning weekly and on-time reporting to clients.
• Participate in special projects which add 1–2 hours per store during busy weeks.
• Maintain dependable scheduling and independence in the workplace.
