The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring a customer-facing merchandiser to shape shopping experiences in grocery stores nationwide. You will use smartphone technology to capture and store essential data for clients, supporting our mission to connect people with products and experiences that enrich their lives.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support, while also valuing 1-2 years of merchandising experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
