Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a motivated team member to join our in-store teams across Wisconsin. You will engage customers, assist management, and help execute merchandising initiatives in grocery environments using mobile devices to log activities after shifts.

We value reliability, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to lead and train peers. No prior experience required as training is provided; 18+ years old, able to lift up to 10 lbs, and own transportation to work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet to log work after each shift.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
