Retail Odyssey is hiring in Wisconsin to help shape the future of shopping experiences. We leverage smartphone technology to capture data for clients and operate across grocery stores nationwide. Join a network of teammates across brands and locations, with training and growth opportunities.

We offer competitive wages of $15.00 per hour and a benefits package. No prior experience is required as training is provided; additional hours may be available upon request.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Move, bend, stand and lift up to 10 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Use smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results bias.
• Work independently but can build a team when needed.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
