Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Data Collector in Farmington Hills, MI to capture and record store data using a smartphone. The role emphasizes customer-facing activities and teamwork in a retail setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of merchandising experience, can lead and train others, and are comfortable using mobile devices for data entry. Training provided; 18+ and able to lift up to 10 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Record and store essential data in smartphones/tablets during shifts.
• Interact with customers and store management in a friendly manner.
• Lead and train teammates to follow data collection procedures.
• Maintain safety-first practices in a retail environment.
• Complete shifts accurately and report results to supervisors.
