Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the cash register, and keep the store neat and well-stocked.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience is preferred. You will work part-time, ensure safety and friendliness, and contribute to a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms and floors.
