PetSmart’s Experience Lead (Retail Customer Service Supervisor) provides exceptional pet parent service, upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy. This role drives the pet parent experience through loyalty, promotions, and interactions, while achieving targeted results. It also oversees safety, store cleanliness, merchandising, and associate engagement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
No direct reports but supports and guides associates, acts as Leader when others are absent, and provides performance feedback.
Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, exposure to pet hair, mechanical parts, and live animals. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.
