Job summary

Roses Discount Store in Memphis is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them select merchandise, and process transactions. You will contribute to unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store.

The role requires flexibility for full-time or part-time hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Complete transactions and operate the POS system.
• Unload trucks, process freight, recover merchandise and stock shelves.
• Independently stock shelves and move merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.
