Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in our Mississippi store. You’ll assist customers, process sales at the register, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers and teammates.

This part-time role emphasizes friendly service, reliability, and teamwork with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash disposal.
• Other duties as assigned.
