Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate to help customers, handle transactions, and keep the store organized. You will stock shelves, unload shipments, assist with loading, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment while delivering friendly service.

This part-time role at our Lansdowne, PA location requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a willingness to perform a variety of tasks in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience in grocery or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist unloading trucks.
• Maintain a safe, friendly, and professional environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, bathrooms, floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
