Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help with merchandising and front-end duties. The role demands friendliness, reliability, and the ability to multitask across cashier and stock tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service background, physical stamina for lifting, and good math for cash handling. Part-time store role based in Niles, OH with opportunities to assist across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
