Retail Customer Service - Full Time Customer Experience Manager

Position Overview

Store - LI-RIVERHEAD, NY

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, maintaining store recovery standards, and providing friendly customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in ensuring adherence to SOPs and company policies, ensuring compliance and accountability.
  2. Follow all front-end policies; achieve KPIs and manage team performance.
  3. Plan and execute in-store events and class programs.
  4. Lead omnichannel initiatives.
  5. Manage shrink and safety programs.
  6. Assist with cash handling, inventory, and onboarding processes.
  7. Train, coach, and develop customer experience team members.
  8. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  9. Provide excellent customer interactions and support.
  10. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and other operational tasks.
  11. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
  12. In stores without a Framing Manager, lead delivery of custom framing solutions.
Qualifications and Skills

Retail management experience preferred. Ability to remain standing, lift heavy items, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Physical and Work Environment
  • Ability to stand long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks.
  • Work in climate-controlled and outdoor environments as needed.
Compensation

Base pay range: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour.
